It’s no secret that I love roses. Who doesn’t? But what many people are surprised to discover (me being among those surprised many until very recently) is that London has some amazing reds that bloom in winter. I went for an early morning stroll in Regent’s Park, decked out in my current favourite accent shade – blood red. That’s when I found these gorgeous guys – Deep Secret roses which were still in full bloom in winter (I know it’s now spring but these photos were shot a few weeks back). And if you miss these on your visit to the city, head over to Columbia Road to pick up a fresh bunch of reds first thing in the morning.
